The payment cycle for the school year will run from September to August when the fee level is reviewed. As payments will continue during the school holidays when lessons do not take place the weekly payments will be adjusted to allow for this. This will result in a lower weekly payment than the current full cost of weekly lessons. For example instead of paying the equivalent of £5.25 each week during term time the payment may be £3.03 on a weekly basis so you still pay the correct amount during the school year for lessons.
If you child does not recieve their full entitlement of lessons during the school year due to my absence from school or due to clashing school activities then you will be refunded the appropriate amount by the same means that the original payment was made at the end of the payment cycle or earlier if you child does not continue with lessons for the full school year.
Payments will continue until they are cancelled either by Rose Drum School or yourself. Should your child decide not to continue with lessons during the school year or when they leave school Rose Drum School will cancel the payments accordingly. There will be a 30p per week surcharge added to the cost of lessons for using this payment service which is built into the weekly amount show.
